Order Processing Time
All Vigortrix orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays). Orders placed during peak seasons or national holidays may experience slight delays.
🔎 Important: Ensure that your billing, shipping, and payment details are correct. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information can delay processing by an additional 3–5 business days.
Shipping addresses are verified using USPS (for U.S. orders). If unsure of your address format, please visit USPS.com. International orders are not subject to this verification.
Shipping & Delivery Information
We ship Monday through Friday using UPS as our primary carrier. Weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.

- Transit time estimates do not include weekends or holidays.
- Estimated delivery time does not include processing time.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Vigortrix is not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they leave our facility.
- If your tracking number indicates delivery, but you haven’t received the item, please contact USPS or UPS directly.
- For any delivery concerns, contact our support team at support@vigortrix.com.
❗ Refused Deliveries: Any refused shipments will have shipping/handling costs deducted from your refund. Refunds are only issued once the returned product is received and inspected.
International Shipping Policy
- International shipping can take 4–6 weeks, and in rare cases, up to 8–12 weeks, depending on the destination and customs clearance times.
- Vigortrix is not responsible for international customs delays or additional shipping fees due to remote geographic locations.
Order Cancellation Policy
Due to high order volumes, all purchases are sent directly to our fulfillment center for immediate processing.
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@vigortrix.com.
- After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed.
- If your order has already shipped, you must refuse the package upon delivery and notify us, or return the unopened package with a valid tracking number for a refund.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please verify your shipping address before finalizing your order.
- Vigortrix is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
- If the order is processed or shipped with the wrong address, we cannot intercept it.
- If the package is returned, we will contact you with options for reshipment or refund.

Return Requirements:
- Return all bottles—whether empty, full, or partially used, including any bonus or free bottles.
- Include a note inside the package with the following clearly printed:

- Original packing slip (if available)

🔁 Refund Eligibility:
Your return must arrive at our facility within 60 days of your original purchase date. Failure to include all bottles or required return information will result in a partial refund or no refund.
